The best campfire dessert: S’mores pizza
Indulge in the ultimate campfire dessert with our S’mores Pizza, a quick and easy twist on the classic American treat. No measuring needed, and you can get creative with various sauces and toppings to suit your taste. Perfect for the whole family!
Ingredients
Serves 4, easily adapted for more
Punnet of Strawberries
1 x Banana
1 or 2 Plain flatbreads depending on the size you want
Belgian chocolate sauce (we rate Tesco’s finest as it’s not too sweet)
Mini Marshmallows (enough to cover your base)
Dark chocolate chips (enough to sprinkle on your pizza)
Mint to garnish
Method
We use the portable Campingaz Bistro Grill to make our S’mores pizzas as it cooks to perfection in minutes!
Toast the flatbread: Lightly toast one side of the flatbread. Flip it over to prepare for topping.
Add the toppings: Spread a thin layer of Belgian chocolate sauce over the toasted side of the flatbread. Then evenly distribute the mini marshmallows over the chocolate sauce. Add sliced strawberries and banana and sprinkle dark chocolate chips on top.
Toast again: Cover the flatbread with tin foil, folding the edges down to prevent the foil from touching the toppings. Once the marshmallows start to melt, remove from the grill, garnish with mint and slice to serve!
